Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk.
He successfully completed his Postgraduate Studies in “The Practical Aspects of European Integration” at the Polonia University and undertook extensive training including topics such “Strategic Planning” at the Harvard School of Public Health, Boston, USA. He is interested in various aspects of the out-of-court resolution of disputes, including arbitration and mediation. He completed training courses, amongst others, entitled “Negotiations For Lawyers” and “Lawyer Negotiator”.
He currently works as a Managing Partner and Legal Counsel in the law firm Pawłowski Skromak Kancelaria Adwokatów i Radców Prawnych sp.k.

His primary area of expertise is commercial law and company law, including conversions and takeovers. He is also concerned with tax law, business financing, equity transaction, local government law and out-of-court resolution of disputes. He is an English speaker.
He has experience as a member of supervisory boards in corporations, also as their chairman.
He is in his third term of office as a member of the Management Board of the Regional Commercial Chamber of Pomerania and the Manager of the Pomeranian Centre for Arbitration and Mediation.
